Michael Couper.
Founder
Michael Couper is a senior financial services professional with extensive experience across mergers and acquisitions, real estate investment, capital raising, and financial product development.
He has led and executed numerous complex and high-value transactions, applying rigorous analytical discipline and deep market insight to deliver strong commercial outcomes. His experience spans transaction origination, structuring, negotiation and execution, enabling him to consistently create value across diverse investment strategies.
Michael is recognised for his leadership capabilities and has successfully managed large, multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments. His collaborative and results-driven approach fosters strong performance and alignment across stakeholders.
He brings significant international experience, having conducted business across the United States and the Asia-Pacific region. This global perspective supports FutureCap’s ability to assess and execute cross-border opportunities and navigate diverse regulatory and market environments.
In addition, Michael has raised in excess of $1 billion for multi-asset investment funds, reflecting his expertise in institutional capital raising and fund management. He also serves on multiple boards, providing strategic oversight and contributing to long-term organisational growth and governance.

Director
Dylan joined FutureCap from a vast experience in the start up and business development sector. Among great business acumen and business development skills.
A little insight into his background: Biohacker and nomad with 10 + years experience in the services industry after retiring as an athlete. Dylan’s professional career has included work in the technology, private equity and sports & entertainment industries across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, UK and North America. This has enabled the development of a holistic approach to business after developing my skill set in a multitude of environments. His experience includes particular interest in commercialisation, organisational change, technology and communication.
Adam Gubic
Business Development Manager – VIC
Adam Gubic is an acquisitions and business development executive with extensive experience originating and executing complex property and infrastructure transactions. He specialises in private credit and structured lending, with a focus on sourcing and evaluating asset backed opportunities and structuring capital solutions across the property and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to his current role, Adam served as Senior Acquisition Director at AP Wireless and previously as Director at AT Australia, a subsidiary of Fortune 500 company American Tower. Across these roles he specialised in originating and negotiating long term commercial agreements with property owners, institutions, and government stakeholders. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance and Marketing from Monash University and brings a disciplined, relationship driven approach to private lending and investment.
Eden Quinn
Business Development Manager – NSW
Eden has joined FutureCap with numerous years in the finance industry primarily involving staff management and administration roles.
She brings a wealth of knowledge around optimising processes and bringing the best out of a team. She gained this knowledge by holding an officer role in the Australian Navy which served as a Communications officer for 6 years.

Amy brings a detail-oriented mindset, strong organisational skills, and a creative flair to the FutureCap team. With a professional background in the Performing Arts — working as a dancer and performer — she has cultivated a high level of discipline, adaptability, and the ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments. These qualities translate seamlessly into her role at FutureCap, where she is committed to building efficient, smooth-running operations and contributing to a positive team culture.
